How much money do I need to get started
We are open to discussing all requirements, however, to make it worthwhile for both parties we would be looking for investors who have capital of at least £20,000 available to invest
How do you find the best deals?
We actively network at property events, attend auctions, and cultivate relationships with local estate agents and fellow landlords. We also distribute direct marketing in the local areas, allowing us to source deals before they reach the open market whenever possible.

When we do encounter open-market properties, we aim to negotiate substantial discounts by pooling investor funds. This approach leads to more motivated sellers, stronger deals, and higher returns on investment.
