Introducing our first project we completed back in 2021— and what an experience it was.

​

We reconfigured the first floor to create a master bedroom with ensuite, we then completed a full electrical rewire, and plastered from top to bottom. We installed new windows, bathrooms, a kitchen, and boiler, among other updates.

 

To embody our value of courage, we took on some of the work ourselves to stay within budget and ensure our investor received their guaranteed ROI.

 

But look at it now! I still can't believe how our hard work transformed the property into a beautiful family home,
